I am not currently restricted, suspended or disqualified by MOE or any relevant authority from teaching, tutoring or undertaking child-facing work;
I have no relevant criminal convictions or pending criminal charges involving minors, sexual offences, violence, abuse or other serious offences that may affect my suitability to work with children; and
I will promptly inform Grade Improve if any of the above circumstances change.
